The person (s) renting this facility is (are) responsible for the behavior of everyone in their party.
Guests who abuse this facility or ignore the Guidelines will be asked to leave.
- Smoking permitted outside only, smoking is permitted on the downstairs patio as long as the door is kept closed. Please do not smoke within 15 feet of the other entrances to the house, cottage, or within fenced pool area. Please dispose of all cigarette butts in ashtrays or garbage cans.
- You are welcome to enjoy our pets they are very friendly, but please do not bring any of your own. We have two outdoor/indoor cats and one dog, Gigi a boxer/lab mix. The pets are allowed in the lower level of the main house where the owners private quarters are.
- Upon arrival clean towels and linens on all of the beds are provided. If guests need additional clean towels or bed linens they are welcome to use the washer and dryer.
- Please keep facility clean. Baths, linens, and kitchens are cleaned and sanitized in between each group. Dishes and cooking utensils should be cleaned and put away and the floors left clean.
- Please do not allow children to take food or drink downstairs to the TV/Recreation Room.
- Any damage to the facility or it’s contents will be the responsibility of the person (s) renting the facility.
- Unruly or obnoxious behavior will be monitored. If guest behavior becomes excessive those guests will be asked to leave.
- Tennis court, basketball court, and swimming pool are for the use of our guests. Guests are expected to use these facilities safely. Guests play at their own risk. Owners are not responsible for injuries or accidents.
- This facility is also a private home. The innkeepers live here full time, please take care of it as you would your own.
Pool Rules (Summer Months Only)
- There is no life guard on duty, guests swim at their own risk.
- Children, 12 and under, MUST be supervised by an adult when inside pool area.
- Please do not take glass into pool area, plastic glasses and dishes are ok.
- Please do not take colored towels to pool area, white towels are provided for pool use.
- No smoking in pool area.
Special Event Guidelines
- Please do not use paper or foil confetti outside, it may be used inside in the living/dining room area for decoration.
- All decorations must be cleaned up and/or removed from premises and driveway entrance upon completion of special event.
- Renter is responsible for all clean up of event garbage. Owners will take the responsibility for removing the garbage from the facility.
- Facility kitchen and grounds must be cleaned and cleared of all decorations, supplies, food, and equipment by check-out time on final day of occupation.
- Outside music will be kept to a reasonable level so as not to disturb neighbors.
